restart ...
off late, i keep getting this feeling that i should pen down the thoughts that crosses mind, so i am doing a restart. Hope this doesn't "hang" ..

"Rs 300" moment which makes to think about getting married .. !!
there is trend in my team where for every team-mate's special occasion ( this is indeed special - usually marriages - birthdays dont qualify as SO's (thank god ! , had it been the case then i would have packed my bag back to bangalore - you will come to know why) we need to contribute an amount for "gift" and the amount as you must have figured out by this time is, Yes ! , its 300 Rs.
I am not against this trend or some thing like that - this is a good thing to have, we are presenting our team mate with a gift as a token of admiration and guy/girl who is presented with this gift will be happy for that.
The only thing that has started bothering of late is volume of contributions that is going out from my pocket. I mean, when i said contributions are a good thing to have, i meant "good if it is once in 2-3 months" - not every month !
Thats what is happening in my team -- guys and girls who are falling in this category is constantly increasing - and due to that we almost get the "Contri time" mails every month ! ( there is this standard template people follow in my team -- the subject is "Contri time" and the body remains the same except that the person name will be different (Ob !) - most probably the person who is sending out the mail first search for previous "Contri" mails and use that as a template for the current one. - also you get a gentle reminder too after a week or so :) )
coming back to the main topic - as i said, i am spilling out too much money and so when i come across "contri time" mails these days one idea pops out of my mind from no where , it is -
"Yaar - I need to make sure that i get married before I leave this team - Sa*aa jo karch kiyaa sab recover ho jayee gaa !"
see thats the impact this "300" moment is having on me !
any ways, i have already contributed rs 300 for this month and i guess there is one more in the queue for this month --- If it is more than that --- then --
Shaddi.com and other matrimonial sites -- make sure that you allocate more bandwidth to your sites -- after all Charan is going to upload his resume into your sites ;)
